Companies in crisis

In times of crisis, your organisation is often faced with impossible situations. The plans and the organisation that normally supports the business now encounter challenges for which one is not equipped; a natural disaster in a foreign country, a workplace accident or some other serious situation that poses a threat to personnel or assets.

We help you prepare organisations and companies for crisis. Through the years, Seccredo has developed its own resource-efficient models for preparatory exercises or internal controls of crisis preparedness. Hundreds of exercises in different industries and organisational environments have given us the training tools that produce results.

We have systems to help support the large organisation’s need of immediate crisis support. Large companies and organisations, perhaps with their business operations spread over large geographical areas, require well-functioning systems and resources in order to meet the immediate need for measures. Seccredo has the systems, the procedures and the trained personnel necessary to be able to directly provide the requisite support in the event of accidents.

We have knowledge of the different models that are used for process support. There is a comprehensive selection of different models available to support continuity in business processes, organisations and facilities. We have knowledge about Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery Planning and other process, control or analysis instruments, and together with your organisation we can develop models for documentation and processes.

We have qualified and experienced personnel for crisis support

Seccredo applies an established methodology for crisis support in the form of techniques for taking care of people or support for a management team or a Board of Directors. A large number of incidents in Sweden as well as in international environments have provided our specialists with invaluable experience. We have been involved in the actions taken in relation to the flood and earthquake catastrophes in Thailand, Japan and China; missing personnel in the Middle East; workplace accidents at various locations in Sweden; or individuals that have been subjected to severe trauma.
